上次母親節到此晚餐,今次與家人再的已經改名成「勝記」。但格局和餐牌無變店員仍舊好客有禮。《鹵水豬腳仔 $68》豬腳仔開邊食得方便,鹵水入味而且浸得稔身,很易骨肉分離而且膠質多,食多亦不膩。《金牌炸子雞(半隻) $148》炸子雞外層炸得香脆而且沒有過火,薄薄的沒有連著太多的脂肪,所以不會油膩,而肉質很嫩雞味亦夠,蘸點喼汁更惹味。《碧綠蝦籽柚皮 $88》傳統菜式之一,柚皮夠厚亦稔,蝦籽很香口,但柚皮略嫌未夠入味,浪費了先前的功夫。《薑蔥魚頭煲 $118》熱辣辣的很夠火喉,魚頭大件,肉位亦多,先用薑蔥爆香過所以很香,但略嫌魚頭沾粉太多。最後店員還熱情地送上足料喳喳。
