周不時係社交平台都會見到有人post金鶴既signature 雞湯拉麵,成日都想揾機會試下!比我知屋企附近都有左間,仲唔即刻黎試😍一入店內,已經見到Bar 枱同埋見到師傅煮緊麵,但原來仲可以上一層,入面仲有枱,加上呢到既燈光同設計都係偏暗同偏黑,營造好神秘既感覺!必定要叫既招牌雞白湯拉麵❗️呢到既招牌拉麵,梗係呷啖湯睇下點解咁出名!望落已經見到好濃稠,呈奶白色,原來係用雞熬製六個鐘而成,難怪飲落似我媽煲既老火雞湯,不過口感再傑身同順滑啲😗店家亦用左粗麵,可以更掛湯一啲👍🏾值得一讚係個慢煮雞胸肉,超嫩滑!同埋個炸牛蒡都好脆口,記得要快啲食,浸左湯會腍架❗️另外仲試埋佢既活燒蒲燒鰻魚飯。呢到既鰻魚係生燒,所以食落口感係唔同,魚油較多及較香,而且非常之厚,十分推薦大家試試。店仲話佢既米係用左日本七星米,佢既口感係比其他米爽口而且黏性較低,愈咬愈食到甜味。另外呢個set 仲會包個小食芥辣八爪魚同用鰻魚內臟煮既味噌湯。雖然呢個set 唔平,但勝在料靚,果然唔錯👍🏾記得下載app 做會員仲送你一支汽水或者溏心蛋😍

呢到既招牌拉麵,梗係呷啖湯睇下點解咁出名!望落已經見到好濃稠,呈奶白色,原來係用雞熬製六個鐘而成,難怪飲落似我媽煲既老火雞湯,不過口感再傑身同順滑啲😗
