To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 濃到張住口@熊拉麵佐敦的熊拉麵在上環開設了分店,每間都有自己的限定口味。天氣轉冷想喝熱湯吃高卡露里的食物保暖,拉麵是其中好選擇。黑熊拉麵,要了1。5mm略粗的硬身麵,不怕很易變腍同口感紮實點。叉燒兩大片,要了瘦的但不影響風味,煮得好腍好滑。湯是豬骨湯,另加黑蒜油。濃郁得張口黏黏的又鹹甘,此質地當然成功排在麵身上。沒蛋加了10元追加,流心的誘惑,蛋黃甘香蛋白富彈性。黑木耳爽口而蔥花可添香配菜辣芽菜好開胃湯仍舊是精華所在,甘甜富豬骨味而不成鹹,濃縮一起的湯頭。還有不小食客是外國人,連外國人的舌頭都知那裡有好吃拉麵,身為香港人更要吃。
