喺天后住咗超過30年嘅朋友帶咗我去食一間佢成日去嘅日本菜,佢話呢間餐廳佢由細食到大,今日終於有機會跟住呢個食神食返餐👍🏻咖喱厚切牛舌飯呢度嘅牛舌我係關注組都見過人哋推介,佢嘅厚度真係可能係全港最厚!牛舌外層煎到微微焦香,內裏保持軟嫩,配上日式咖喱,外層內軟超juicy !壽喜燒定食最鍾意壽喜燒一鍋入邊有肉又有菜,配上微甜嘅醬汁,成鍋熱辣辣咁樣上。壽喜燒最配搭嘅一定係烏冬,烏冬口感煙靭,兩者配搭得天衣無縫。照燒銀鱈魚定食銀鱈魚用日式嘅照燒方法煮最可以帶出佢嘅鮮味同埋保持住魚肉嘅嫩滑。涉食方面揀咗冷蕎麥麵,蕎麥麵汁配上生葵,蔥,脆脆粒等,食落又冰冷又脆嘅口感,真係好正!
