銅鑼灣想搵間抵食嘅燒肉店真係選擇唔多,今次搵到依間《熊本燒肉》就以日式動漫為主題嘅日式燒肉店。牆上貼滿日本動漫嘅海報,仲有日本傳統燒肉店常見嘅白色燈籠。真係有啲似去左日本咁。今次係周末時間去到,就叫左佢地嘅精選熊本放題 $338,見到+$38就可以升級埋澳洲和牛,咁嘅價錢梗係升級埋佢。出乎意料嘅係佢地嘅吸油煙機好強大,食完都唔會成身油煙味。至於肉類方面, 首選當然係澳洲M5和牛。油脂分布好平均,色澤鮮紅色,肉質鮮嫩,食落又多肉汁。如果想食肉味比較濃嘅部位,咁就可以叫封門柳同埋牛板腱,脂肪比例比較少,所以牛肉特登濃。除咗肉類之外,海鮮首推海蝦,大大隻嘅海鮮,燒完之後呈鮮橙色,食落好新鮮。另外蜆湯都唔錯,食落一啲沙都冇。生果方面當然要叫菠蘿,燒完之後特別香甜。飲品方面除咗平時常見嘅汽水之外,仲有自家製嘅茶。叫一jar 清香茉莉花茶,特別可以解除燒肉嘅油膩感。
