To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 認識咗好耐 ，銅鑼灣店我第一次幫襯，呢間店好多附近住嘅居民幫襯，出面有些枱凳可以俾人食煙，除了精品咖啡，間店仲提供bagel、蛋糕、全日早餐等......

咖啡師都沖到風味出嚟，兩隻都各有特色：Ethiopia 果香味重少少 ，Colombia 甜感會重少少 。

環境方面，雖然之前裝修過，但感覺都比較殘舊，但係我好喜歡貓貓牆，好可愛打咭一流。
