菜式有頗多選擇,以潮州鹵水食品為主。鹵水鵝掌翼:選取的都是件頭夠大的貨色,雖然泡浸須要時間,但又不會有一般的鹵水店的弊病,甩皮甩骨<<鹵水鵝片併豬大腸:鵝片是片得夠薄,肉質幼滑,紋理清淅,刀功細膩,又不會有令人反感的鹵水料沾在鵝肉上<,< 唔係好多地方有清心丸~~
