To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺鰂魚涌公園打完網球,接近午餐時間,兩口子上左四期1樓嘅潮庭嘆茶。之前喺尖沙咀分店食過飯,覺得食物質素吾錯。好欣賞佢哋嘅功夫茶。煎韭菜粿韭菜粿脹卜卜,煎到甘香,脆脆哋,好味道。豉汁蒸鳳爪大大隻鳳爪吸收豉汁,蒸到好稔入味,花生同樣稔甜。竹笙菠菜餃皮薄見到餡料,菠菜新鮮嫩綠,餡料爽口。蒜蓉蒸鮮魷火候控制得剛好,吾會蒸得太老影響口感。如果再多d豆卜就更加好喇。海鮮煎薄罉而家好少酒樓做得好味 , 唔係太多粉漿糊口就喺油淋淋。呢度做得吾錯。薄罉厚切,粉漿同海鮮比例均勻,薄罉兩面煎至金黃脆口,再加上蔥粒散發嘅香味,令人食完一件又一件。
