To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親節,成家人返晒屋企食飯!因為人數太多要分三枱,係咪好奇怪呢,唯有係屋企慶祝啦!母親節之後嘅第二日我就帶咗我親愛嘅母親去飲茶啦!出咗去九龍站Elements 上邊有一間百樂潮州酒家,靜靜地人少少坐得好舒服😌順便同阿媽談下心水滾茶靚一黎就上功夫茶蜜汁叉燒腸,腸粉熱辣辣,即叫即製芋茸炸帶子功夫之作,帶子鮮,竽茸香,酥脆香口,值得一讚鮮雜菌杞子棉花雞媽媽至愛,食材新鮮翡翠蘆筍素餃皮薄餡靚,素淡得而鴛鴦水晶包去潮州酒家必定要嗌嘅甜品,無論豆沙定蓮蓉餡都非常出色,豆沙餡仲要有果皮味母親表示今餐非常滿意
