To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 潮洲菜,通常好多人會聯想起地舖既打冷檔,一班良朋知己,一打啤酒,不同既滷味。但今次我地一班人,就揀左位於商場專做潮洲菜既酒樓。坐低左侍應就會送上功夫茶。首先黎既係兩碟前菜-涼伴魚皮$98,秘制生醃獅蚶$98。魚皮好爽脆,係大熱天時,先食一個又爽又凍既前菜,真係令人胃口大開。獅蚶,係一味久違了既菜式,對上一次食,都應該係去泰國旅行時食了,同泰國菜相比,我比較鍾意潮洲既做法,佢地生醃用既醬料,帶出左獅蚶獨有既鮮甜,獅蚶比起其他既貝殻類,係較為鮮甜,呢個做法,尤其能夠突出獅蚶既優勢。再加上個專用開殻鉗,食果時就方便好多!必試食潮洲菜,梗係唔少得鹵水鵝片啦。除左面頭幾塊,連下面果D都係一塊塊既鵝片,每塊都皮連肉,無話下面就用碎肉過關,夠老實。食落口有香濃既鹵水味,唔咸。$188咸菜胡椒豬肚湯$128,如果自己屋企煲呢個湯,我覺得幾麻煩,淨係洗豬肚都要唔少時間。豪華大拼盤$840,有海蜇,鵝片,蝦棗,蟹棗。兩種炸物做得十分出色。啖啖蝦肉,啖啖蟹肉,炸完仲保留住蝦蟹既鮮甜味,下次來要再encore。凍蟹($50/兩)而家去到街市,都已經唔容易買到咁大隻紅蟹,去到潮洲菜館,點可以錯過。肉質飽滿,鮮甜

食潮洲菜,梗係唔少得鹵水鵝片啦。除左面頭幾塊,連下面果D都係一塊塊既鵝片,每塊都皮連肉,無話下面就用碎肉過關,夠老實。
