上星期六,既大雨又天寒地凍,即時想起熱辣辣的【羊腩煲】。 於是想起朋友介紹過的荃灣那間潮洲菜館【心夜來潮】。店內充滿竹林深處人家那種感覺,十分舒適。 就連餐牌、餐具都如此精美,真有心思。  既然一心來食【羊腩煲】,當然要來個充滿農莊特色風味的【砂鍋黑草羊腩煲】啦! 【羊腩煲】透過家鄉鑄造的「潮洲紅泥爐」來維持【羊腩煲】的熱辣辣,未食都暖晒。 店員十分貼心為我在腐乳旁加上辣醬,好讓我可以加強羊腩的味覺刺激。羊腩沒有特別羶味,少骨多肉,軟稔鬆化;配合枝竹、超爽馬蹄、蔥段及大大粒軟滑冬菇,確令整鍋【羊腩煲】錦上添花! 每次食潮洲菜,我都會叫最愛的【潮洲粥】,今次又怎會例外呢!!
