鍾意食潮州打冷,可以去到呢間潮菜館,佢一直都好多人排隊,就算係平日會爆到水洩不通,大概要等一陣先會安排到坐位,而且因為太多人嘅關係,出菜嘅速度亦都非常慢。餐牌裏面有好多餸菜可以挑選,全部都係潮州嘅特色野。我哋叫咗個滷水掌翼,大概20分鐘之後先上菜,勝在份量夠多,下面有好多豆腐做襯托,附送一碟白醋,送下白飯都不錯。另外叫左碟芥蘭炒牛肉,芥蘭同牛肉經過醬汁炒過之後,味道變得好濃烈,芥蘭食落去好爽口同脆生。
