今日係大埔補完習,咁岩屋企人經過附近,咁就係大埔食埋晚餐先返屋企啦。行過見到潮江春個餐牌轉左,於是入去試試有無改善左。今日叫左三個餸,鹵水鵝片、煎蠔烙同肉骨茶。先講講鹵水鵝片,鹵水味非常甘香,而且味道夠濃,咸香味重,不過佢d肉質一d都唔會鹵到實晒,非常難得,肉質依然好嫩滑,非常值得一試。至於個煎蠔烙,都煎得幾金黃,粉唔算多,但蠔仔鋪滿成個面,非常足料。加埋魚露,咸鮮味十足。肉骨茶佢係新加坡式,蒜頭味比較重,但個一字骨煮得好淋,一咬就成條骨甩,配甜豉油非常好食。總括來說,雖然潮江春係連鎖餐廳,但質素保持得非常不錯,性價比高。

先講講鹵水鵝片,鹵水味非常甘香,而且味道夠濃,咸香味重,不過佢d肉質一d都唔會鹵到實晒,非常難得,肉質依然好嫩滑,非常值得一試。

至於個煎蠔烙,都煎得幾金黃,粉唔算多,但蠔仔鋪滿成個面,非常足料。加埋魚露,咸鮮味十足。

總括來說,雖然潮江春係連鎖餐廳,但質素保持得非常不錯,性價比高。
