最近同朋友去咗陳鵬鵬潮汕菜館試佢個家常風味雙人餐,真係有驚喜!✨ 原本以為潮汕菜比較清淡,點知佢哋嘅菜式味道咁有層次,完全唔會寡,好啱香港人口味呀!😋 🍽️ 香煎金鯛魚 :條魚煎到金黃酥脆,魚肉仲好嫩滑,點少少佢哋嘅特製醬汁,鹹香得嚟又帶點鮮甜,好開胃!🐠🍽️ 蠔仔泡飯:呢個真係必點!個飯底用海鮮湯煮,啖啖都係蠔仔嘅鮮味,啲蠔仔脹卜卜好肥美,加埋少少芹菜粒,暖笠笠超舒服!🍚🍽️ 金獎滷鵝拼盤:滷得好入味,鵝肉軟腍得嚟又唔會散,鵝皮帶點膠質,好正!配埋個滷水汁,撈飯一流!🦢🍽️ 雞汁普寧炸豆幹:炸到外脆內軟,蘸埋雞汁食,鹹香交織,口感好豐富,食完一舊又一舊,停唔到口!🐔🍽️ 豆醬炒白菜:呢個菜睇落平平無奇,但食落超有驚喜!白菜炒得好爽脆,簡單得嚟又好惹味,平衡返其他重口味嘅菜式!🥬

🍽️ 香煎金鯛魚 :
條魚煎到金黃酥脆,魚肉仲好嫩滑,點少少佢哋嘅特製醬汁,鹹香得嚟又帶點鮮甜,好開胃!🐠

🍽️ 蠔仔泡飯:
呢個真係必點!個飯底用海鮮湯煮,啖啖都係蠔仔嘅鮮味,啲蠔仔脹卜卜好肥美,加埋少少芹菜粒,暖笠笠超舒服!🍚

🍽️ 金獎滷鵝拼盤:
滷得好入味,鵝肉軟腍得嚟又唔會散,鵝皮帶點膠質,好正!配埋個滷水汁,撈飯一流!🦢

🍽️ 雞汁普寧炸豆幹:
炸到外脆內軟,蘸埋雞汁食,鹹香交織,口感好豐富,食完一舊又一舊,停唔到口!🐔
