餐廳主打潮式火鍋,提供四款套餐,今次揀咗B餐極品和牛($258,另加一,120分鐘,7:30前離座)。湯底要咗招牌鹵水鍋,上枱時先到黑過墨斗,以為會好咸,好在咸味適中。牛肉有四種,精選極品和牛(比較肥)、安格斯牛小排、特級封門柳、美國安格斯牛肩胛(比較嚡),牛小排同封門柳比較好,所以主要都係食呢兩種。除咗牛肉,都叫咗白鱔片(尚算彈牙)、海蝦(普通,似養蝦多啲)、是日海鮮(聖子仔,一般,有幾隻有沙),脆鲩骨腩(爽口)、墨魚滑(正常)、蝦滑(一般)、鵝腸(冇咩肥膏)。熟食有自助同落單。自助嗰啲好一般(鹵水鵝要去到我走先出現,只影咗相,冇食過)。落單首推普靈豆腐,外脆內軟,點埋個汁,咸咸哋,好食。整體嚟講,呢餐不過不失,可以一試。
