To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Moko多酒樓,但唔多唔少都食兩三間。今日呢間潮州酒樓就第一次食。點心選擇都多,我地人唔少,都叫左幾多點心同潮州野食。鹵水鵝腸,口感爽口彈牙得黎唔會太煙韌,而且都夠入味同冇怪味。煎蠔餅都唔錯,蠔仔都唔少。不過唔知佢地呢種蛋多同煎出黎既係咪先係正宗潮式蠔餅,以前食過厚身但酥脆果種好似惹味d。兩面黃煎得夠脆,沾埋醋同糖,食落索索聲,經典味道。其他點心都做得唔錯,流沙包、蝦餃、咖哩魷魚果d都幾好食。整體黎講,潮州野都唔錯,點心都正常發揮。兩樣都想食果陣,可以黎飲個茶。
