最近去咗一間尖沙咀嘅潮州菜餐廳,試咗佢哋嘅幾款招牌菜。菜式都好多樣化。先叫咗個西瑚龍井茶$38/位。前菜話梅涼瓜$88,涼瓜爽脆,加埋話梅嘅酸甜味,真係好開胃。小食叫咗普寧炸豆腐$108,豆腐炸得好脆,口感軟綿綿好特別。胡椒豬肚湯湯底濃郁,胡椒非常香辣。沙嗲牛肉炒芥蘭$188,牛肉嫩滑多汁,芥蘭爽脆,沙嗲醬嘅香辣味更加突出,好惹味。獅頭鵝件$298有骨感,鵝肉醬汁有獨特味道,飲住啤酒食就好夾。西芹炒蝦球$238,西芹味濃郁,蝦球爽口。蜆肉鵝肝炒飯$228,鵝肝硬硬一粒粒,炒飯香糯。最後桂花糕作為甜品,桂花味好清香,甜味剛好。
