潮州滷水係廣東潮州嘅傳統特色名菜之一,滷水大多數都用了豬骨,梅骨,八角,桂皮.香菜,蒜頭,老抽等等熬製而成,但每間店舖都有佢地自己嘅秘方,依個秘方係影響該店嘅命脈!   依間位於灣仔嘅潮州滷好多時都人頭湧湧,今晚就一於加餸試吓!食滷水嘢不可或缺嘅係滷水鵝(123/斤),我要了一邊大嘅下脏,十分新鮮的鵝肉嘅質地,有酥軟嘅感覺而又彈牙,入味嚟講,點單止皮吖?!連肉都有入味,簡直lam Lam 脷,仲要厚肉,十分滿足! 滷水大腸唔會太肥,洗得好乾淨,而且唔會一味死咸咁樣,仲有屋企人鍾意嘅腎,佢地話夠爽同好咬口,同樣入味!啲鵝食唔曬,第二日我拎左返公司帶飯,仲正,入味到連“選”骨時都津津有味吖!必會再嚟買!😍
