有冇諗過打冷可以喺酒吧食到?夠吾夠特別先🤓喺呢間餐廳就做到。平時聽酒吧多數會諗起食小食同埋飲酒,邊有諗到會有潮州打冷仲有各種港式小菜任客人選擇。黎到有打冷嘅餐廳一定要試吓佢地手勢。鹵水墨魚拼紅腸,系好傳統嘅潮州菜式,墨魚好爽口,最中意食魷魚鬚🦑紅腸由細到大我都好中意食。鹵水鵝肉相信同樣系吾少人會喺打冷食嘅菜式,鵝皮滑溜溜,鵝肉口感結實,鹵水味入味非常。潮式五寶飯有鹵水豆腐、紅腸、鹵水鵝,幾樣材料都好入味,白飯啖啖食到鹵水汁好正。招牌咸水雞飯,試吓個味道系咪真系值得呢個稱號先。咸水雞事先經過醃製。味道亦不致於太鹹呀,雞肉又好嫩滑👍🏼👍🏼
