潮州打冷一向係宵夜好選擇,油麻地呢間《潮味莊》就係其中一個熱鬧聚腳點,開到凌晨 2:30,近佐敦站都好方便。入面環境真係有d逼,幾張枱拍埋一齊,但反而令到成間舖好有「街坊 feel」,坐低就聽到隔離枱笑聲,氣氛好旺。店員態度好親切,落單快手,價錢合理,啱晒同朋友食吓潮州風味啤一啤!
😋 潮式凍魚大眼雞 ~ 魚肉雪白,肉質結實,味道鮮甜冇腥味,凍魚係打冷必食之選!
😋 滷水鵝片 ~ 另一樣潮州打冷必食嘅就係滷水,鵝片滷得入味,色澤深啡但唔會死鹹。鵝肉帶少少韌度,配埋滷水花生一齊食係幾正。
😋 韭菜豬紅 ~ 豬紅滑溜,入口即化,冇腥味。韭菜炒得香口,帶少少爽脆。
😋 鴨蛋蠔餅 ~ 蠔仔新鮮,唔算大粒但夠鮮甜,煎到外脆內嫩,呢度係用鴨蛋煎出嚟個蛋香更濃。
😋 椒鹽九肚魚 ~ 炸到外脆內軟,椒鹽味好突出,加上炸粉唔算厚,唔會太油膩。
