Restaurant: PAK LOK CHIU CHOW RESTAURANT

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去咗新世紀廣場行街,唔知食乜好,見到百樂潮州酒樓,我哋未食過呢間,咁就入咗去試吓啦,餐廳裝修偏舊,懷舊風格,座位適中舒適,服務員態度普通啦有待改進。我地兩個人叫左滷水拼盤,滑蛋蝦仁河粉,潮州蠔仔粥。滷水拼盤無セ味道,滑蛋蝦仁河粉賣相好一般見到已經沒有食慾,加上味道普通,潮州蠔仔粥三個之中算係最好(不過都係普通),其實潮州嘢來講價錢唔算貴嘅,不過味道真係麻麻哋,如果要再去真係要考慮吓,因為可以有更好嘅選擇。
