这家潮州馆子的点心,款式齐全,是中环的高价位,但缺少特色。诸如虾饺、灌汤小笼、咸水角、凤爪、春卷等,口味比较正宗,带北京来的朋友去吃,他倒是很有表扬。唯独是一碗力宝粥,做的却跟稀饭似的,跟一般理解的粥全不一样,据说潮州的粥都是如此。甜品的杨枝甘露和紫米露,都做得太稀,不如满记。
