To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當看到豆醬龍崗雞煲時,內心還在想煲里面的醬料會否令雞過鹹?
幸自家製豆醬有豆香,鹹度適中;
而且嫩滑雞肉盡吸醬汁後,更富鹹香,拌飯佳品!

煙燻味非常重的荷蘭煙燻鱔,魚骨盡去,魚脂豐富;
凍吃關係,不算膩口!
用白烚的方法烹調的凍花蟹肉質鮮甜,原汁原味!



煎蠔仔烙香口不油膩,蠔仔鮮味多汁;
還可試試,以酸酸甜甜易入口的【富久長.純米柚子健康酒】將炸物膩感消除!
欖菜肉碎四季豆炒得惹味香口,尚算乾身!
潮陽炸雙棗分別是蟹棗及蝦棗,
里面混進了少量馬蹄和豬肉粒,炸得金黃又香噴噴!

芋泥打得幼滑的芋泥蛋白,
內里還有大量蛋白,非常養顏,兩者合而為一頗合襯;
炸金瓜餅,以金瓜和芋頭切絲,再撈成粉團香炸而成,最後曬上少量砂糖於面,
兩款甜品均不會過甜!很好!

當晚不時以日本酒配襯著潮州菜,令食物質素更為提升,潮吃感覺不錯!
