3天連假沒事找事做,相約朋友到中環大館打卡。參觀過後四處走走,剛好有點餓意,隨意選了一間餐廳內進。內裡原來別有洞天,筆者被帶領到地庫入座。座位、牆壁、甚至各種餐具都以紅色為主調,配合「紅館」名字。點了一個Afternoon Tea Set,鹹甜小點共有8款,全部整齊排列在白板碟上。Devil Egg:雞蛋黃被掏出,加了香草等調味料,再以唧花形式放回。但未算特別。Fish Brandade:頗有驚喜的一件鹹點,帶點檸檬汁酸香,令人開胃。Fresh Pork Rillettes:味道跟Fish Brandade有點相像,不過是豬肉版本。Black Truffle & Tomato Crostini:個人認為黑松露味道不大,反而著墨在蕃茄的新味,此塊麵包是四款中最硬。Smoked Salmon with Dill Cream Cheese:這個有筆者至愛的煙三文魚,加上忌廉芝士後又不會太膩。Cocktail Shrimp, Cucumber Timbale:有點像迷你版的中式冬瓜盅。唯蝦肉未見有酒味。Rich Chocolate Cake:甜品相對較為有驚喜,朱古力蛋糕口感有少許似布朗尼,但
