滬菜滬菜!連續2日ge dinner 都食滬菜,味蕾ge 印象猶新,心底將2間餐廳做比較,即時高下立見!王家沙 win(另1間係咩就唔會喺度開估,有興趣ge 朋友自己揾返我另一篇文吧 xd) HAPPY FRIDAY ge diner , book 好枱準時入座,verygood~~~而食物方面,更係滿載而歸呢!>雞絲粉皮粉皮very good, 呢道菜最重要一定係個粉皮,佢勝在粉皮軟身爽口,只有新鮮/存放得宜先可以keep到粉皮個水份!Fabulous! 個麻醬甜度夠又香,一個字"正",當刻超想追加多份!>醬燒骨炒年鮮相對粉皮個"基底"做得好掂,呢個年糕完全令人失望~年糕稔身到一個地步我以為自己食緊粉團,入口一啲嚼勁都冇之餘仲有啲散,雖然個醬燒骨好惹味,但叫得呢道菜當然係聞年糕而來,so ......fail !>醬糟魚片一個字,怪!order 前已經打定底問咗個waitress 何謂"醬糟", 佢解釋係有酒ge 醬汁, ok fine, 見"糟"字大部份人當然都會知道係指酒糟,自然地我expect 係一種有甜酒味 ge 醬汁,但結果係酒味濃到近乎苦,酒味完全

粉皮very good, 呢道菜最重要一定係個粉皮,佢勝在粉皮軟身爽口,只有新鮮/存放得宜先可以keep到粉皮個水份!Fabulous! 個麻醬甜度夠又香,一個字"正",當刻超想追加多份!

相對粉皮個"基底"做得好掂,呢個年糕完全令人失望~年糕稔身到一個地步我以為自己食緊粉團,入口一啲嚼勁都冇之餘仲有啲散,雖然個醬燒骨好惹味,但叫得呢道菜當然係聞年糕而來,so ......fail !

一個字,怪!order 前已經打定底問咗個waitress 何謂"醬糟", 佢解釋係有酒ge 醬汁, ok fine, 見"糟"字大部份人當然都會知道係指酒糟,自然地我expect 係一種有甜酒味 ge 醬汁,但結果係酒味濃到近乎苦,酒味完全搶晒魚ge 味,我除咗酒,咩魚鮮味都食唔出(even 個魚片不錯)!
