將近生日,今日閨密約我預祝生日,心知我喜歡吃韓燒,就預約了這間柞木炭家跟我食個生日飯。餐廳位於金百利,地理非常方便,食飽飽就可以在附近購物,順便消化一下。而且餐廳的環境比我想像中更高級,座位好舒服乾淨,而且油煙味相對其他韓燒店低,抽風系統相當不錯。最後點了新年套餐,既有牛肉又有海鮮,更有其他小菜,非常吸引。食韓燒除了肉類外,配菜都很重要,點餐後職員會先放上配菜,包括有泡菜、南瓜蓉、蓮藕等等,不得不讚餐廳的泡菜非常出色,不會太辣,口感清爽。醬油蝦每人有兩隻,而餐廳貼心地提供了手套讓客人剝蝦殻。醬油蝦醃得非常入味,味道甜甜的,口感爽口又肥美。傳統年糕湯看似清淡,但因為餐廳放了很多牛肉去煮,所以湯底好濃郁,再加上淡淡的蛋花香。而年糕的份量很多且有咬口。日本青森元貝及鰻魚元貝好大好肥美!預先以醬油醃好,燒完的元貝味道鮮甜,口感彈牙。而鰻魚亦非常新鮮美味,以餐廳調配的鰻魚醬去燒,味道甜甜的,肥美而不膩。賀年煎物拼盤看韓國節目常常看到的菜式,但一直沒有機會試,終於試到了。把香菇、青椒、午餐肉等等食材沾上濃濃的蛋醬來煎香,各樣材料都香口但又保持到濕潤感,而且有好濃的蛋香配搭,好好味!原隻濟洲八爪魚真

原隻濟洲八爪魚
真的是原隻燒,好大隻又厚肉,口感非常彈牙,職員會幫手燒,這樣就不怕自己燒過時破壞口感了。

而牛肉方面,套餐提供了韓國牛小排、和牛牛肋骨邊肉和和牛西冷。每款牛的色澤都非常鮮嫩,油脂亦分佈鮮明。本人就最喜歡牛小排,餐廳切得厚薄適中,口感嫩滑之餘又不失咬口。而牛味方面就西冷最濃。

實在是令人非常滿意的生日飯,最後吃完套餐的甜品後帶著濃濃的幸福回家。下次朋友生日都會考慮這餐廳。
