銅鑼灣一向好多高質嘅日本餐廳,今日銅鑼灣行完街,又係搵野食既時候 見到新開左一間叫做千代鶴,咁就當然要試吓餐廳分咗bar枱同埋普通座位,我就緊係揀坐吧枱,因為可以睇下師傅整野食!我就叫咗個北海丼套餐,套餐包括左一份頭盤,有茶碗蒸,冰頭漬,沙律同埋蘿蔔絲!茶碗蒸既蛋都幾滑,冰頭漬味道酸甜清新!跟住就到主角北海丼,有磯煮鮑魚,油甘魚,帶子,赤身,吞拿魚腩蓉同埋海膽,刺身都大件厚切,質素幾高,同埋好少會有用鮑魚做丼飯既配料,都唔錯!下次可以帶埋朋友黎!

茶碗蒸既蛋都幾滑,冰頭漬味道酸甜清新!
