近期忽然又重新愛上Omakase,今次嚟到尖沙咀亞士厘道樓高20,餐廳入面部分位置仲可以睇到維港景今次試了櫻$1380先上前菜白梅貝,爽口鮮甜接下來就是刺身,有7款左口魚、粒貝、秋刀魚、拖羅、銀雪魚、野山油金魚先附上鹽板,係用來食左口魚用,把魚放在鹽板上再卷上蔥拖幾下,食落微鹹帶清香,因為有柚子皮碎係入面,魚本身薄切清甜粒貝就爽口鮮甜,秋刀魚肥美甘香拖羅入口即溶油香不斷銀雪魚比較嫩滑而油金魚油滑幼細最後係日本生蠔,特別鮮甜帶一點爽脆,入面有少少醬汁提味壽司有五款北海道馬糞海膽入口滑滑的海膽,非常鮮甜,紫菜夠脆身帶子好肥大,一樣走鮮甜路線青魚跟油金魚就比較有咬口,但都好甜美最後一款壽司係邊火灸過左口魚,油香被火灸過迫出來了,入口甘香到和食係燒多春魚,如果再多春肥美一點就好炸毛蟹丸,係紫菜碎炸香,北海島毛蟹肉包住蟹膏,毛蟹鮮甜多肉再加上蟹膏甘香我勁喜歡尾段有個牛肉稻庭烏冬同大蜆魚湯暖下胃,烏冬正常,魚湯鮮甜無比水果係日本蜜瓜,好甜好多汁最後柚子雪糕作結
