To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太興大家都不陌生,早兩年,可能是急速開店的原因,曾經食品品質參差,所以也沒有光顧一段時間了。有一次親戚結婚時送我們太興豬劵,所以再次光顧太興,想不到食物有進步了,分店也多,很方便,所以不時也到店晚飯。胡椒魚肚雞鍋 $70已經是第三次吃這個煲,水準不錯,胡椒味濃而雞肉質地滑溜。滿燻燒鵝(上庄) $90煙燻味夠勁,每次都會點這個燒鵝,有人偏好下庄而且下庄比較早賣完,但我就比較喜歡上庄,因不會太肥膩,連皮食比較脆。凍檸茶 (餐飲加白飯) $22每間香港餐廳都有的凍檸茶,而這間的茶底比較濃而不澀。
