To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五lunch,揀左食太興,食左個燒鵝叉燒飯。今次食燒鵝既主要原因,係要試下滿燻燒鵝。果然,同平時既燒鵝係唔同既,唔同在個燒鵝皮既味道。一入口,你會感覺到燻燒既香味,紅脆既外皮,嫩滑既鵝肉。所以我覺得我冇揀錯,本人建議必要一試。
