To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過見到呢間牛角,原來開左丼飯專門店,入去試下新野先!先在門口睇menu, 要在cashier 俾左錢order 食物後,才有侍應帶位方可內進。(另要收加一😅)鹽燒麴牛舌丼 $78 + 溏心蛋 $12牛舌都燒得幾香,但有點過熟,所以咬落有少少韌。柚子西班牙豚肉丼 $78豚肉配柚子汁,好夾好清新,好味!配埋我最愛既溫泉蛋一齊食,加埋蛋汁更好餸飯。肉既份量都算多,食曬d 飯都仲有好幾塊肉未食😆 所以如果多d 飯就更好呢!
