在銅鑼灣日本菜跟中環中菜系列中, 點選了後者.
在中環吃樓上舖的中菜有不少有好評的地方, 嶺南, 蘇浙, 華商等等. 自己吃過了校友會, 寧波等, 也滿有驚喜的.
最近 ET post 的album 華商的 feedback 倒是不錯, 八點正就來華商銀行公會一試其巧手菜式.
一如其他樓上中菜, 要入會的. 幾味小菜跟一個炒飯已經很滿足, 傾不夠還走到銅鑼灣繼續聊天. 要挑剔的就是十時準時收工, 我們仍未談個夠, 還走到銅鑼灣繼續聊天.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
