很久沒到這餐廳,今次朋友生日,我再選上這餐廳用膳。喜歡開揚的景觀,坐位也舒服,食物質素不錯。我在open rice網上訂座,到達時仍未有其他客人,選了靠窗的一張梳化卡座,放眼窗外維港景致盡入眼簾,藍天白雲很好看。有美景相伴,用餐心情也愉快。選好茶,與朋友一邊聊天一邊吃著那份前菜等正餐。一碟燘花生,一碟黑白木耳。兩款味道一般,木耳的醋汁不夠,但口感清爽。正餐要了套點心餐,共有十款,先來一碟開胃的松花皮蛋配酸薑。用黑色的碟子盛載皮蛋,黑配黑,拍照不太好看。皮蛋是半隻,蛋心很軟糯,蛋白半透明有啫喱的口感,彈彈的。酸薑片得很薄,甜酸度適中,夏天吃十分開胃。雖然拍不好,但食得美味。再來是另外三款點心,用長型白碟上,可以看得清清楚楚。南非鮑魚酥,酥底鬆化,鮑魚厚度正常,入口有質感,具黏性卻又彈牙,醬汁佈滿鮑身,這件鮑魚酥真是吃得滋味。雪山叉燒包。面層雪山的包皮鬆軟,包裹著醬汁豐富的叉燒,吃到滿滿的叉燒味道。鮮蝦炸雲吞,雲吞皮炸得脆,皮內有漲卜卜的鮮蝦,沒有雪味,蝦肉爽口。蒸點有兩款,荀尖鮮蝦餃,餃皮有光澤而且雪白,見到淡淡的蝦肉色透出來。蝦餃形態飽滿,入口爽。竹笙如意餃,水晶球的形狀,內有粒粒竹笙

黑木松露小籠包,上檯看到這個包並不小,有點像灌湯包。侍應提醒我們包很熱,但也不要放太久才吃,放久了皮就會變硬。所以我們也要趁熱品嚐,只要小心就不會燙到。先輕輕咬開一個小口,放了點熱氣,再慢慢吸吮包內肉汁,然後才吃肉團。肉團很大,有點點的黑松露附在肉團上。肉團是軟滑易入口,包皮也軟硬適中,趁熱氣是對的。
鵝汁蕎麥麵,擺盤好看,像吃西餐的意大利麵一樣卷成長條狀,麵上灑了蔥花。這個麵是冷麵來的,麵質粗糙而有韌性,伴麵的醬汁清爽,有少少芥醬混合在麵裏,感受到淡淡的辣在口腔待著,清醒了味蕾。
杞子桂花糕,晶瑩剔透,桂花味濃,口感煙堅夠凍,是消暑佳味。
陳皮百合紅豆沙,真是有起沙的口感,綿密有厚度,聞到陳皮香,吃得到百合紅豆粒,糖水夠熱,以這個甜品作為這套點心餐的結尾。
整個用餐過程都很愉快,侍應不時過來為我們添茶換碟,跟進上餐進度。食物質素是中上的,入座也不限時,我覺得滿意。
