To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 點心方面,揀咗升級區的蟹粉小籠包,另外再加咗 336上海小籠包同紅油抄手。兩款小籠包都好好食,外皮厚薄適中,薄身又不易穿。尤其喜愛蟹粉口味,以新鮮豬脢肉、蟹粉和肉湯,滿滿的包在透薄皮內,咬開有豐富肉汁,帶肉鮮又有蟹粉的甘香。

河海鮮點咗松子魚清炒河蝦仁,松子魚賣相甚具氣勢,面頭掛上紅當當的醬汁,魚肉外脆內滑,配合糖醋汁的酸甜,開胃惹味,是必食嘅 item。河蝦晶瑩剔透,味道鮮甜,啖啖肉、好爽口。

最後來碗婆婆擔擔麵,麵條很爽滑,做到掛汁效果,湯頭濃厚,入口除了有麻醬香外,還有陣陣花生香。

甜品只拿了擂沙湯丸和凍桂花蘆薈。湯丸軟綿煙韌,食落香甜滑溜,加上面頭灑滿了厚厚的黃豆粉,入口微甜不膩,為這頓晚餐完美作結。
