To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 7點來食晚餐,星期2晚,人不多,不用排隊。 1) 常餐,叉燒通粉,炒蛋火腿,牛油多士,凍檸茶,$40。叉燒肉質不錯,有叉燒香味,炒蛋好香,但偏油,配埋牛油多士,火腿一齊食,又香又豐富。8分。2)炸雞脾炸得太硬,5分。蓮子紅豆冰的蓮子太硬!。但紅豆好香,令成杯紅豆冰都好香紅豆味同奶味。7分 3)豬扒意粉,豬扒份量多,而且厚,但味道可以再好啲。因為不夠酒香,如果肉類加些少酒會令肉質更軟身同增加香味。8分。4)校長多士(即黑松露芝士多士),好香黑松露味,味道不錯。8分。令胃氣全是黑松露味。
