To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐縱容一下自己,叫咗蔥油雞扒飯 + 椰汁紅豆冰,另外單叫一個菠蘿油。蔥油雞扒飯大大份,好多蔥油,好香好滋味!雞扒先炸後煎,雞皮脆卜卜,入面仲好 juicy😍。套餐加 6蚊有椰汁紅豆冰,味道正常,不過個杯太高,或者應該話個羹太短,攞住會整污糟手 😂。菠蘿油有少少令人失望,因為個菠蘿包唔熱亦唔脆,但入面牛油長方形,好大塊,$16黎講性價比都算高。
