牛角點菜,最鍾意揀鹽漬口味嘅肉,覺得調味之餘又唔會cover咗肉本身嘅鮮甜。

個人覺得厚切牛脷比牛脷片更好食,但唔可以太熟,如果唔係會好靭~


鹽漬雞脾肉肉質十分嫩滑,配牛角飯食味道一流。


和牛粒雪花紋分佈平均,入口即溶,牛味好重。


牛肋肉配月見汁嘅醬汁其實係松露、醬油加生蛋撈埋一齊,味道甜甜地我覺得普普通通,香味係幾獨特,但點咗呢個醬汁,反而遮蓋咗個肉嘅鮮味。

牛角食飯點唔少得牛角雪糕!雲呢拿味奶香味濃,重點係每啖都會食到甜滋滋嘅黑蜜,加上黃豆粉中和味道,感覺就好似食緊日式黑蜜蕨餅咁~
