朋友介紹來銅鑼灣這間吃鐵板串的日本餐廳!果然無介紹錯~岩晒我呢個咁鍾意食海鮮既人!餐廳門口的旗幟和日式燈籠,好有日本的感覺! 好喜歡餐廳開放式廚房的設計,令客人可以睇到師傅整自己點的鐵板! 好~睇下menu先~~ 咁多野食,就等朋友發板啦!我就飲住杯梳打,乖乖等食咯!要攪勻底部的巨峰提子漿和上層的梳打,甜甜地,好多氣,幾清涼!店員介紹每年9-11月係食秋刀魚嘅最佳季節,所以我地叫黎試試~一食真係嘩一聲!!肉質好滑嫰,非常肥美油膩!秋刀魚切得厚薄均勻,薄薄的脂肪層,咬開後,鮮甜味在口中縈繞不停!輕輕沾上香蔥醬酒 更有風味!用被起肉的魚骨卷起圍住魚生片,見到師傅起肉的功傅真係唔少!燒味醂河豚魚乾:面層的蜜糖煎得好香脆食落有點像豬肉乾 但肉質較易咬同埋"林"d 好入味但一d都唔覺得咸~ 送酒一流!!炒蟶子肉質彈牙 ,黑椒味突出, 配合炸蔥和香蔥味調出來味道不錯 加入芽菜、翠肉瓜和菇,增添不同口感幾好這日式的鐵板炒法,真係不錯,鎖住蟶子肉汁和味道 從旁邊的伴碟可以睇得出餐廳有用心裝飾!燒蕃薯,燒得夠乾身和有咬口~不會腍 中間幾粉,咬開唔會散晒,夠結實~ 食下去淡淡蕃薯甜味幾好!2條炸目光魚,

炒飯一來到已經聞到好香,用鐵板炒真係特別有風味!

有煙肉的煙燻香味和海膽的油潤鮮味,

炸蒜和香蔥令炒飯更惹味!

仲有洋蔥粒,蘿蔔粒

除左與飯同炒的海膽外,還有鋪面的海膽

味道吾算濃 但好嫰滑 甘甜下喉後有少少回甘

每粒飯炒得好煙韌 煙肉的油香亦滲進每一粒飯❤️

同行朋友讚不絕口 食到清碟!

真心高水準~又好抵食!會再encore!!
