説起法國菜,大家常會聯想到高級酒店的餐廳。今晚約了朋友食飯,特意來試試這家親民溫馨小店。店員整夜服務周到,我們點食物時花多眼亂,還熱情地給我們推介菜式呢!Tuna Carpaccio店員果然沒有介紹錯,吞拿魚外層微微煎過,外層灑上黑椒和芝麻,好香。魚肉內裏保持粉嫩,味道跟配上的橙肉和黑醋醬汁很搭。Mixed Tartines有三款口味,有ham,煙三文魚和牛油果。多士厚度適中,外邊脆脆的,裏面則保持鬆軟。三款的精髓在於醬汁和食材的配搭,每款都正。Mussels & Fries這也是店員推介的,用上法國黑青口,每天限量供應。青口主要用白酒、light cream煮成,加入洋蔥和蕃茄,滿滿的一鍋,很吸引。青口非常鮮嫩,食青口之餘不能錯過湯汁,簡直是精華,淡淡酒香加上青口鮮甜味,好味又暖身。另外,薯條是我喜愛的粗身薯條,有口感,薯味香濃,香口好味。Scallops & Mushrooms Galette店員還推介這蕎麥薄餅,一上枱已香氣四溢,雜菇加入蒜片煮得好香好惹味,應該還用上牛油炒,總之就是令人流口水。帶子煎得很好,外層金黃香口,內裏軟滑非鮮味。蕎麥餅濕潤鬆軟,包著所有餡料一齊食,味道好

French Toast- Midsummer
賣相色彩繽紛,真有仲夏感覺。多士金黃色,口感是意想不到的濕軟,食落好似海綿咁吸左d酒味,加上蜜糖,甜甜的。雪糕是椰子味,好清新,配多士一齊食好好味。

Classic Tiramisu
Tiramisu是我最喜歡的甜點之一。這店的出口亦沒有令我失望,咖啡味香濃,酒味香醇,cream幼滑非常。配上雜莓果醬和士多啤梨,酸酸甜甜,既使我們已很飽,但一點不膩。
