To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日吾想煮,最好係屋企附近食。今日大約7點去到稻香等吾太耐就入去,見到2個餐都抵食,因而叫左加一個小食。最後結帳$490。竹穿椒鹽海生蝦:凍。一點熱力都冇。炸得都脆口可連壳食。香芋臘味煲:等左45分鐘先黎到。係堅即煮既餸,好多芋頭,臘腸都正常份量,但臘肉只有肥膏冇肉。鳳梨咕嚕肉:味道不錯。夠濃醬汁夠,但份量偏少。山藥翡翠泡球:上湯好味夠濃,泡球冇味,菜同配料都齊,都係只有微溫。金蒜白玉蒸頭腩:蒜味欠奉,都係味道偏淡同多油,腩係冇味。沙薑雞腳:沙薑味吾多,雞腳偏硬身。吾入味。
