得知深水埗開咗間桂林米粉並且主打脆皮五花肉,心諗唔使再淨係掛住元朗嘅陸記,九龍終於都有得食。個湯同個粉都係冇問題嘅,配料多而且令口感更豐富,只不過敗筆在於其主打嘅脆皮五花肉,好薄,碗粉上到檯嘅時候啲脆皮已經唔脆,又腍又奀,而肥膏同肉嘅比例就直情係九比一,得肥羔,見到有少少肉質但係咬落去都只係感覺到係肥膏,總之就係唔好食,而且店員亦懶懶閒,我揚手佢行過都見唔到,落單時亦沒精打采。如果有心想進步,真係希望向元朗陸記絕代雙豬粉學習,人哋脆皮肉夠厚,脂肪同肉嘅比例係層次分明,而且啲脆皮即使係浸係湯入面,食到尾都仍然保持到脆口。
