打完一篇食評無save因為hand機要重新來過!好!同事介紹,少吃包的我務必試下,一去到透過玻璃門開放式廚房,見到包子師傅手拿住圓型煎盤左右兩邊慢慢煎,跟之前到上海大街旅遊經過見到一樣,心裏對上海正宗呢4字,頓時打支強心針。點了一碟4個生煎包 + 咖哩牛肉粉絲湯。生煎包,剛煎好,一口咬落去,小心燙口,薄薄的麵粉皮入面包住一大口湯汁,熱燙燙。而且豬肉料足,正!後者,咖哩牛肉粉絲湯,略嫌湯太稀,還好湯底調味落得重手,咖哩味仍在,大概同平時大家篤咖哩魚蛋的味道差不多,而粉絲分量正是足夠OL們午飯的分量。
