To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 友人介紹下,一直都很想要試下熊拉麵,加上暫時零負評,令我去之前有一份期待!差不多閉店時才進店,幸好未過LAST ORDER的時間(LAST ORDER應該為21:30)!初次到店就點了招牌熊拉麵,可以試到豚骨湯底之餘,又試到溏心蛋。招牌熊拉麵$85叉燒可選擇瘦叉燒|肥叉燒|叉燒粒麵款亦有幼麵,中幼麵之分麵的硬度也可以選擇最後我選擇了肥叉燒|中幼麵﹙普通﹚湯底:豚骨味,入口順滑,不覺油膩,可以飲整碗湯但個人偏好濃味,所以覺得略為淡味肥叉燒:好吃!軟綿,有入口即融感覺麵:普通正常,雖然已是中幼麵,但都覺得太幼。溏心蛋:有流心感覺,個人覺得可以再熟少少。色澤淺,可以再入味一些!不過不失,未有驚人突出的感覺,但可以再一試!

叉燒可選擇瘦叉燒|肥叉燒|叉燒粒
麵款亦有幼麵,中幼麵之分
麵的硬度也可以選擇

最後我選擇了肥叉燒|中幼麵﹙普通﹚

湯底:豚骨味,入口順滑,不覺油膩,可以飲整碗湯
但個人偏好濃味,所以覺得略為淡味

肥叉燒:好吃!軟綿,有入口即融感覺
麵:普通正常,雖然已是中幼麵,但都覺得太幼。
溏心蛋:有流心感覺,個人覺得可以再熟少少。色澤淺,可以再入味一些!

不過不失,未有驚人突出的感覺,但可以再一試!
