To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳唔算大間, 但係都係普通日式拉麵既餐廳格局黎既,見佢有招牌熊拉麵,所以就試一試啦, 因為我驚唔夠食所以加左底,因為有d拉麵店好少麵,有d就好多.加左麵後呢, 佢只會俾張卡你, 唔會即刻加左d麵落去, 食到差唔多叫佢加麵就ok拉麵黎講,麵身有得選軟硬算係唔錯, 最重點其實係湯底到,佢湯底稱得上係好飲,應該落足料, 但係有一個敗筆位, 都係好影響到客人會唔會再黎既位, 就係湯底無得再加,我係正常食麵+小小湯既情況下, 其實根本唔夠湯去食個加底, 所以呢到會出現問題 ,如果真係唔夠食想加底既客黎講, 湯一定唔夠, 咁加定唔加好呢?湯底味道濃, 有好濃既豬骨湯味,  我個人評分係好飲, 基本上最招牌既位就係湯底.肉就中中上半肥瘦來的, 半熟蛋都係幾好食 我特別加左一粒, 如果去試我會建議大家一定要試下佢既豬骨湯底咁樣先叫黎講熊拉麵! 唔夠湯既問題就自己思考啦~服務算係熱情, 價錢絕對唔貴.
