都唔係第一次食臭臭火鍋，燙住冒煙嘅鴛鴦鍋，酸菜白肉湯底首先飄出酸香，清爽開胃；另一邊嘅台式招牌湯底則濃郁豐滿，香料層次分明，兩者好似有對比但又好和諧海鮮拼盤非常精緻，當中包括鮑魚、鮮蝦、元貝同埋脆肉鯇，口感豐富。鮑魚嫩滑彈牙，鮮蝦鮮甜飽滿仲識郁！元貝輕輕一咬就散開，脆肉鯇鮮香爽口當然，火鍋最唔可以缺少嘅係肉類。白鱔片輕輕一汆就滑入口，鮮味四溢。美國牛肩胛肉油花分佈均勻，燙熟後依然嫩滑多汁，牛黃喉脆口彈牙。而油墨菜就吸收咗湯底嘅精華值得一提嘅係，湊湊既鴨血同豆腐係任添，鍾意食呢啲嘅人可以食到飽。醬料區非常豐富，仲有滷肉飯、西瓜、芭樂同埋幾款涼拌小食，齊全得嚟，照顧到唔同人嘅口味不得不提佢既茶飲都係出色既！雙柚愛玉茉香茶作為完結，柚子嘅清香同愛玉嘅滑溜口感，加上茉莉花嘅幽香，輕輕散發喺口腔裏，解辣之餘勁舒暢@coucouhotpothk#台式火鍋 #湊湊火鍋 #coucouhotpothk #hotpot #火鍋 #打邊爐 #花膠雞 #中秋節 #團圓
