最近在下午茶時段造訪了位於將軍澳私人屋苑樓下地鋪的湊湊火鍋,沒想到這次用餐體驗讓我對火鍋店有了全新印象!店內設計時尚現代,一進門就被金屬格柵和大型球形吊燈吸引,燈光透過網格散發出溫暖光芒,工業風中帶點奢華感,氛圍舒適又不失格調,適合朋友小聚或家庭聚餐。這次選擇了台式麻辣小火鍋套餐,湯底一上桌就讓人食慾大開。深紅色的湯汁濃郁,帶著誘人的辣油光澤,湯中點綴著薑片、蔥段和一顆紅棗,香氣撲鼻,麻辣中帶點溫潤,入口後花椒的麻感和辣椒的刺激完美平衡,完全不死辣,反而越吃越香,讓人停不下來。湯底濃而不膩,涮煮後的食材都能吸收這股麻辣風味,真的很過癮。配料方面,我點了套餐中的美國牛胸腹肉和蔬菜拼盤。牛胸腹肉切得薄而均勻,肥瘦相間,油花分佈得很漂亮,涮進麻辣湯底後,肉質嫩滑多汁,入口即化,油脂的香氣與湯底的辣味完美融合,令人滿足。蔬菜拼盤也很新鮮,有白菜、金針菇、香菇、木耳和少許紅椒,色彩繽紛,吃起來清爽脆口,特別是金針菇吸滿湯汁後,口感滑嫩又入味,與牛肉的濃郁形成很好的平衡。套餐還包含一杯台式飲品,我選了冷雲朵大紅袍,茶香濃郁,雲朵般的奶蓋帶點微甜,與麻辣湯底搭配起來清爽解膩,十分驚喜。下午茶時段的湊
