To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

何車車仔麵係一間算係港日Fusion嘅特色車仔麵,因為佢哋嘅餸有唔少日式嘅元素,例如關東煮、日式叉燒、唐揚炸雞……餸嘅款式同種類都算多,仲可以揀配湯麵、撈麵或者菜底,鍾意食辣嘅朋友仲可以加佢哋嘅秘製辣汁、咖喱或者麻辣~何車嘅總店開喺界限街,之前已經見到好多人推介,但因為位置唔太就腳,所以一路都無去試,12月頭嘅時候佢哋開咗大南街嘅分店,所以我哋終於的起心肝去試吓~當晚係平日夜晚7點左右,雖然前面有6-7人,但等咗唔夠10分鐘就有位~ 偏舖頭嘅裝修行日系簡約風,雖然座位都排得算密,但由於門口較大,都幾通風,唔會焗促~•📸 自選車仔麵 (河粉、燒豬頸肉、日式叉燒、糖心蘿蔔) $51河粉係偏幼但厚身啲,食落更有咬口,亦都無咁易爛~ 因為好多時食車仔麵嘅河粉都好易夾兩夾就粉碎,呢間嘅就唔會!👍🏼湯底我揀咗鹵水汁+腩汁兩溝,飲落幾清,味道偏甜,又唔會好口渴,同啲餸/河粉都幾夾🤤🥢 日式叉燒 $15🥢 糖心蘿蔔 $11日式叉燒切得比較薄身,亦都偏細塊,但一食就幾有驚喜,因為日式醬油味好濃,成塊叉燒都好入味,而且肥瘦均勻,一啲都唔乾唔韌😋蘿蔔煮得好腍,完全無渣,仲要煮得好甜好入味🤩 扣分位係呢兩款

日式叉燒切得比較薄身,亦都偏細塊,但一食就幾有驚喜,因為日式醬油味好濃,成塊叉燒都好入味,而且肥瘦均勻,一啲都唔乾唔韌😋

🥢 燒豬頸肉 $15
燒豬頸肉係其中一款幾多人推薦嘅餸~一上枱食第一嚿係幾香口,但之後浸湯耐咗再食就變得比較普通,可能叫另上或者跟撈麵會好少少~ 而且個豬頸肉有少少乾柴,好重五香粉味,個人嚟講都係比較鍾意香茅/蜜汁味嘅豬頸肉多啲🤣

📸 蒜油蝦子撈麵 (燒牛舌芯、牛肚、豬紅) $57
蒜味好濃郁但偏甜,整體味道略嫌單調,食到尾仲有啲太油膩,可能加少少咖喱汁/麻辣汁會惹味啲😛 蝦子份量都多,但由於係擺咗啲餸上去先再灑上蝦子,所以啲麵都唔算沾到好多蝦子😕

呢個燒牛舌芯估唔到會有啲驚喜!😳 雖然睇落有啲薄,但咬落仲食到牛舌嘅爽口口感,而且燒得幾香,又有牛味🤤 真係幾正~

豬紅係朋友食嘅,朋友話豬紅好入味,口感幾滑,而且無臭味,算係食過其中一間最好食嘅豬紅!

🥢 唐揚炸雞 $14 (加餸之一)
呢個其實係車仔麵加餸之一,但因為係另上所以就分開咗影~
炸雞炸得乾身,炸衣好薄,而且係連雞皮咁炸,啲雞皮都炸到脆卜卜,好香口,配埋唔算辣嘅芥末籽醬,都幾惹味😋 但雞肉嘅肉質稍乾,扣咗少少分~

媽媽餃其實係細細隻嘅韮菜餃,餡料都算飽滿,都幾香韮菜味,雲吞皮炸得好脆👍🏼 配咗個疑似係黑松露蛋黃醬(因為有啲黑色粒粒嘅),但蛋黃醬味好濃,無乜黑松露味~ 其實蛋黃醬好似同所有炸嘢都好夾😜 整體嚟講可以一試~
