Happy Paradise has been a very popular Cantonese fusion restaurant in Central for years - imbuing iconic Hong Kong classic dishes with some interesting twists. Sourdough Egg Waffle with bottarga whip was a nice hors d'oeuvres. The Raw Scallop "Aguchile" was very refreshing with a hint of sourness and heat from the green szechuan peppercorn dressing. The Seared Skirt Steak Noodles took on the classic beef chow fun (but lack of wok hei unfortunately). Overall, the food was yummy but the portion could be more generous... And it was a bit overpriced!
