Restaurant: 五月星牛肉麵

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有時候心大心細,咩菜式都想食下,今次就去左駱駝漆大廈既【五月星牛肉麵】同fd食個晚餐。佢地有港式又有台式野食,可以滿足曬兩個願望。剁椒排骨臘腸煲仔飯:煲仔飯即叫即煲熱辣辣上枱,飯焦香脆!排骨嫩滑,臘腸油香滿溢,加上剁椒嘅微辣鹹香,撈勻食超惹味!招牌紅燒牛肉麵:牛肉炆得軟淋入味,湯底濃郁鮮甜,麵質彈牙掛湯,係台式中規中矩嘅穩陣之選,鍾意紅燒風味嘅可以一試。冬蔭公湯粉粉絲豬肉丸、雲耳:湯底酸辣醒神,粉絲索晒湯汁,豬肉丸彈牙,雲耳增加口感,整體夠晒酸~~避風塘甜粟米:粟米本身清甜,避風塘做法炒到乾身香口,蒜酥同辣椒碎超惹味,8:30後宵時段半價先$16好抵食!試管鹽酥雞:鹽酥雞炸得外脆內嫩,用試管裝住6款調味粉(梅粉、海苔、紫薯等等),自己蘸嚟食好玩又過癮,鹹香惹味,打卡都得!火腿雙重芝士蛋餅:餅皮係香脆既葱油餅,入面火腿同雙重芝士爆漿,拉絲效果滿分,鹹香濃郁。蜂蜜綠茶:綠茶清香,蜂蜜甜度自然百香果綠茶:百香果酸甜清新,同綠茶好夾
