To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今天是難得的休息日,與友人在尖沙咀閒逛,逛到咁上下, 突然見到一間充滿港式風情的車仔麵鋪,就入去試試。首先環境不錯,裝修新淨企理,唔似印象中既車仔麵鋪。 坐底叫左兩碗五餸麵,第一碗要左烏冬,配牛筋,流心蛋,芝士腸,豬腸同埋生菜,辣度要左中辣,首先佢個豬腸係極之出色,夠哂入味,牛筋有咬口,都唔錯。同埋佢個辣汁都好惹味,唔係一味死辣,係令人想飲哂碗湯既辣味,中意食辣既朋友可以試下佢地既辣汁。另一碗叫左碗唔辣既魚蛋,蘿蔔,蟹籽丸,炸魚皮同紫菜配油麵,湯底夠濃。油麵都算軟身,有少少豬油味,還算不錯。最抵讚係蘿蔔!佢本身比得多,都有成5,6舊,切到大大舊,又炆得夠軟身,吸哂啲湯汁👍🏼!另外魚蛋夠彈牙,意外既係竟然有少少陳皮味,好特別,推薦大家去試佢地既蘿蔔同魚蛋。
